1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but typically take 4-8 days. All items will ship within 1 week of purchase.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. 3. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at info@shopathenasmarket.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Can I return an item if I live in the European Union?
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exception: For purchases made from November 1, 2024 - December 25, 2024, you have until January 31, 2025 to return items.
Reason for Return
The cost of shipping a returned item depends on the reason you are returning the item. Regardless of your return reason, there is no restocking fee for returning an item.
No Longer Want Item
If you are returning or exchanging an item because you no longer want it (items does not have any defects), you are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. Please reach out to info@shopathenasmarket.com to initiate your return and we will help you send it to the correct location for processing.
Item Arrived Damaged or Defective
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and handle any shipping costs involved in returning the item. Ineligible for Returns
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refund Timeline
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
